San Mateo Public Library Main Branch

As part of San Mateo Celebrates!, this year’s San Mateo Remembers program features a screening of A Little Fellow, the documentary portrait of A. P. Giannini, the visionary founder of Bank of America who transformed banking in the early twentieth century by extending credit to working families, immigrants, and small businesses.

The screening takes place just steps from the historic Bank of America building where Giannini once kept an office, and only a few blocks from his former home, offering a rare opportunity to reflect on his legacy in the very neighborhood where he lived and worked.

Director Davide Fiore will join us for a conversation and audience Q&A following the film.
